As soon as your order has been marked for fulfillment, you will be notified whether your order is being shipped directly by Madshus or by one of our retail fulfillment partners. Contact information for your order fulfiller is located on your corresponding order packing slip and in your Kibo (Shopatron) Account.
At any time you may check order status in your Kibo (Shopatron) Account.
Your order tracking number will be sent to you via email after your order has shipped. Your tracking number is also available in your Kibo Account.
Madshus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided during order checkout. Upon inquiry, Madshus will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
